I ...I like this squad but I question a few choices. I think Len Goulden was truly international class player. Certainly higher level than Robson for example. I'm not sure on the justification for Frank Macvennie - his record just doesn't stack up. In fact I think Michail Antonio's is already superior. I think also at this stage you have to look at Mark Noble and Declan Rice. Noble is similar to Boyce in being a long term stalwart, but he certainly reached a higher level, and was twice player of the year for the Hammers. I understand the Parker choice as he was very good for spell, but it was a short period. Declan Rice has already played more games and it's hard not to argue that he has reached a higher level than Parker.<br />Finally, I struggle with the Ferdinand selection. He was a fine young player, but he was still a kid when he left West Ham.
